ThyMune™

The thymus gland is critical to immuno-competence. The thymus secretes a family of polypeptide hormones that act on the structures and functions of the cellular immune apparatus, such as the maturation of precursors into fully competent T-cells. Age-related atrophy results in reduced thymus activity in later years. ThyMune supplies thymus tissue polypeptides along with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and Echinacea extract for a broad spectrum approach
to immune system support.

  • The thymus secretes a family of polypeptide hormones that act on the structures and functions of the cellular immune apparatus, such as the maturation of T-cell precursors into fully competent T-cells (J Immunopharmacol 1979;1:277-310).
